DeviceDoctor trust center

Privacy

Standard microphone and camera tests process media locally in your browser. We never send raw audio, video, keystrokes or gamepad streams to DeviceDoctor servers. Firebase Analytics and Google advertising storage are optional and start only after consent when configured.

Device tests

Standard camera, microphone, keyboard and controller tests process their raw input in your browser. DeviceDoctor does not upload those raw streams to its servers. Downloaded diagnostic reports are created locally. If you choose to email a report, that is a separate disclosure you control.

Network requests

The hosting service receives normal web requests, including the connection address. The public-IP test uses DeviceDoctor's own endpoint to return the address seen by the server; it does not query a third-party IP lookup service. No application database of your diagnostic history is created.

Optional services

When configured and permitted by your choices, Firebase Analytics measures usage events and Google AdSense provides advertising on eligible guide pages. These external services may process online identifiers and device information under their own policies. Rejecting optional storage does not prevent device tests from working. Google may present additional regional consent controls.

Your choices and contact

Use Privacy choices in the footer to review optional storage preferences. Your browser stores local preferences and may retain a local diagnostic history. You can clear site data through browser settings. For privacy questions, email info@bleaminteractive.com.
